Presight–Shorooq Fund I is a $100 million global artificial intelligence (AI) innovation fund launched by Presight, an Abu Dhabi-based big data and AI company, and Shorooq Partners, an Abu Dhabi-based investment firm. The fund aims to invest in 25 to 30 AI and deep tech startups globally, with a focus on sectors such as smart cities, energy, fintech, AR/VR, gaming, and Industry 4.0. Beyond funding, the initiative provides portfolio companies with access to Presight's technical infrastructure, including cloud compute and GPU resources, as well as Shorooq's extensive network across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
